Lauren has been involved in high level sports since she was 8 years old. Prior to playing volleyball, she was a nationally ranked figure skater and made the transition from the rink to the court at age 14. From that point on, she thrived as an outside hitter and was invited to play on her club’s 18-1’s team as a sophomore in high school. An injury took her out a week into a college career, but she found her way back to volleyball in 2017 when she started coaching for Actyve! Since then, she’s had the pleasure of learning and coaching alongside some the best volleyball players/coaches in the country. Lauren holds a BA in performance psychology. Aside from coaching volleyball, Lauren is also a tv writer and has recently pivoted to producing podcasts. She is also a self-proclaimed tv guru, so if you need a new show recommendation, she’s the one to ask!
