Actyve Volleyball's Owner/Director Kristian Kuld honored as a recipient of the 2018 AVCA Thirty Under 30!
LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 5, 2018) – The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) is pleased to announce its 2018 Thirty Under 30 Awards. This award was created in 2009 to honor up-and-coming coaching talent at all levels of the sport. To qualify for the award, nominees had to be younger than 30 years old in 2017. The 144 total nominations broke the program record.
“Each year these selections get tougher and tougher as our sport is blessed with so many remarkable young coaches.” said AVCA Executive Director Kathy DeBoer. “They know they are the future of the sport and of the AVCA, and I’m impressed with their willingness to give of themselves and their desire to lead.”
Of the thirty recipients, 11 are NCAA Division I women’s coaches, five in high school/club and NCAA Division III, three in NCAA Division II, two from the NAIA and NCAA Division I-II men, and one from NCAA Division I Beach and Two-Year College Beach programs.

Actyve / Mizuno Partnership
We are so happy to announce that after 3 years of providing uniforms for our teams, Mizuno is now sponsoring Actyve and provide all of our athletes and coaches with Mizuno gear from head to toe (yes, shoes will be included) at all tournaments. Players will be able to purchase all sorts of Mizuno gear at a discount through Actyve. We are one of the only clubs in the region to have this relationship with Mizuno, and we are honored they approached us to make this partnership.
