Shannon Helm grew up in the small town of Granbury, Texas and has been playing volleyball for over 10 years. She won Offensive MPV in 2013 on her high school varsity team and holds the “best hitting percentage” record in school history. From 2010-2013 Shannon was on top regionally ranked club volleyball teams in North Texas. She proceeded to graduate from Texas Tech University in 2017 with a degree in Public Relations, then moved to LA in 2018 to pursue a career in personal training/ volleyball coaching. Shannon has trained high profile clients like Mark Wahlberg, Benedict Cumberbatch, Melanie Chisholm (Sporty Spice), and Tony Ressler & Jami Gertz (owners of the Atlanta Hawks NBA team). Her passion as a coach shows through her overwhelmingly positive and competitive attitude. Shannon’s strength is inspiring athletes to always be better.
