Karsta was a first team All American at UCLA, where she won a national championship with fellow coach Lainey Gera. She went on to join the national team, earning MVP honors at the 2015 World Grand Prix and a bronze medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. As a seasoned opposite, Karsta understands the value of strong attack and block, but also back row defense and overall team cohesion. There is no kill without a good pass and set.
