Sarah grew up playing volleyball in Long Island, New York. Attending Walt Whitman High School, she played for four years on Varsity as an outside hitter earning an All-Conference Player title. Sarah played club volleyball for LI United, LIVBC, and LI Superiors. After high school Sarah went on to play Division I volleyball at Sacred Heart University as a DS/Libero. Her team continuously earned a spot to compete in the NEC Championship games and she finished out her career receiving the Coach's Award. 

    After graduating from Sacred Heart University with a degree in Exercise Science Sarah started working in the physical therapy field. She was not ready to be done with volleyball so she began her career as a coach. Sarah started out as a head club volleyball coach for LI Academy and soon after added St. John the Baptist High School JV head coach. She led both of these teams through successful seasons, even breaking the schools record for the most wins in a season. A move for her family brought Sarah to New Jersey where she became an Assistant Coach at Stevens Institute of Technology where her team ended the season hosting and competing in the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament. From there Sarah moved on to Asphalt Green Club Volleyball as the 17’s Head Coach and a Co-Director. A family move brought her out to California where she is now the Director of Volleyball at Pacifica Christian High School and the Head Girls Varsity Coach. As well as coaching multiple teams at Actyve.
