Kaylee is a former stand out outside hitter at Slippery Rock University. She twice advanced the NCAA tournament and was named to the All-Conference Second team in 2011. She is ranked 8th there in career kills.

Kaylee had a great club volleyball experience at Munciana Volleyball which is historically known as the best in the country. She went on to coach at Pitt Elite for 3 seasons, another top club in the country.
